Into The Study & Application Of Sound Doctrine

We are calling all the men of Providence (ages 13 and up) to INVEST into 8 Saturday mornings throughout this coming year for an in-depth theological journey!  This year we are starting a leadership training course for all the men in our church to grow in our knowledge and application of sound doctrine.  This is the beginning of a 4 year theological/doctrinal journey into the essentials of the Christian faith. 

• Year One (2006-07): The Doctrine of Scripture & The Doctrine of God
• Year Two (2007-08): The Doctrine of Man & The Doctrine of Christ
• Year Three (2008-09): The Doctrines Of Grace
• Year Four (2009-10): The Doctrine of the Church & The Doctrine of the Future

Why are we doing this?  We are doing this because we believe it is the calling of men to lead in the church and in the home through the passionate pursuit of God, His Word and its application to our lives, which will in turn produce, not only more godly and humble men, but healthier families to impact our world with Gospel.

How will the classes be set up?  Half teaching, half small group discussion with monthly reading assigments.

When & Where? 10113 Lenexa Drive; Lenexa, Kansas from 7:30-9am on select Saturday mornings.

What will we be going through? As our primary guide we will be using Wayne Grudem's "Bible Doctrine: The Essential Teachings Of The Christian Faith." You can pick up a copy of this at the Resource Table on Sunday Mornings.
